"*1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Conditions for Animals* I am appalled and disturbed by the deplorable conditions I witnessed at this pet store. The store was filthy and clearly not well-maintained. But what's even more alarming is the blatant neglect and mistreatment of the animals in their care. During my visit, I saw at least 4-5 cats suffering from severe infections, and shockingly, they were all housed together, putting them at greater risk. The dogs were crammed into tiny cages with no room to breathe, let alone move around comfortably. What's equally disturbing is that the people around the store were openly complaining about the conditions, indicating that this is not a new issue. It's unacceptable that the store owners have allowed this situation to persist. I strongly believe that this store should be shut down immediately, and the animals should be relocated to a safe and humane environment where they can receive proper care and attention. The welfare of these innocent animals should be the top priority, and it's clear that this store is incapable of providing that. Their litter boxes barely had litter in them and the water bowls didn’t have any water. *DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE* If you're an animal lover, please avoid this store at all costs. Instead, consider supporting reputable and humane pet stores that prioritize animal welfare."
